From your Leads Tab, it's easy to Transfer Leads to a Different Rep or Sequence
Step 1: Log into your Growlabs account and go to your Leads tab.
Step 2: Use the filters at the top of your leads table to only include the leads you'd like to transfer.
For example, if you'd like to transfer all the leads from Jeffrey to Ben, push the rep drop down arrow and select Jeffrey's name. This will narrow down your leads table to only include leads that were engaged by Jeffrey.
Step 3: Select the leads you'd like to reassign by clicking the ⃞ in the upper left corner of the leads table.
Note: If your leads table has more than one page of results, by default, only the first page will be selected. If you'd like to select the leads from all the pages click the select all option.
Step 4: Once you've narrowed down and selected your leads, click the Action button in the upper right-hand corner of the page and select adjust rep/ sequence.
Step 5: Select whether you'd like to transfer these leads to a new rep, a new sequence or a new rep and sequence.
If you transfer leads to a new rep mid sequence, moving forward, these leads will be engaged via the new rep.
If you transfer leads to a new sequence (between the hours of 10 am - 5 pm) these leads will be sent the first email of that new sequence that day. If you re-assign leads to a new sequence outside of the hours of 10 am - 5 pm, emails will be scheduled to send the following day.
Note: if you'd like to send emails from your new sequence immediately, make sure your sequence has been turned on.
